What you'll be doing

Leading dynamic, full-day client workshops each month
Coaching and supporting entrepreneurial teams using our battle-tested frameworks
Collaborating with a network of like-minded former entrepreneurs and executives
Shaping the scaling journey for South African businesses across industries

Who we're looking for

Former founders, co-founders, or C-level executives who have scaled businesses (ideally 30–300 employees)
Strong facilitation, coaching, and group leadership skills
Passion for entrepreneurship and structured business growth
Based in South Africa (remote with in-person workshops)
